Key Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls ,texts and email, and virtual meetings
- Provide accurate information on insurance benefit options and policy updates
- Maintain and manage client records and documentation

Qualifications :
- No prior customer service or insurance experience needed
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
